Queens Royale Policies

1. Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. All tags must remain attached.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return: Email our team at info@queens-royale.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve it promptly.

2. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be extended during new drops, holidays, or high‑volume periods.

Domestic Shipping: Standard and expedited options are available at checkout.

International Shipping: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for size or color changes, pending inventory availability. To request an exchange, email info@queens-royale.com with your order number and desired item.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will process it as a return.

4. Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed. If you need assistance, contact us immediately at info@queens-royale.com, and we will do our best to support you.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Queens Royale is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier‑related issues.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used solely to process orders, communicate with you, and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
